Our objective is to provide you the short term finance you need to complete your project. We won’t slow you down with long delays and long lists of irrelevant questions. Where possible we will tailor our loans to meet your project finance needs.

All our loans are secured by first mortgages over saleable property. If your security margin is conservative, we are willing to capitalise fees and interest (payable at the end of the loan). You can pay us back as soon as you complete your project as we do not charge early repayment fees.

Please note: We offer terms between 1 week and 1 year - BFG does not fund for terms greater than 1 year.

Key information we require includes :

• A registered valuation report (of the proposed security)


• Evidence of the balances (of any other loans secured by this security)


• Personal credit check


• Loan purpose


• A defined loan repayment and exit plan
